whew..saturday had training at east coast
so shiok right

mum fetched me to sch
brought my roler blades

journey took about 30mins

reached there at about 7.25am?

do 10 sets of footwork
on sand
tiring laa
but tried
and wow i did quite okay?

then after ran 10 laps from1 point of a beach to another

i got a nice big scrap

then another 1 when i tumbled

got buried in the sand
cos i saved ker yuan
or he will drown
